According to ANN the magazine said:

“The April issue of Kadokawa Group Publishing’s Ciel Trés Trés magazine is announcing on Wednesday that there is a new anime from boys-love manga creator Shungiku Nakamura in the works.

According to a copy of the magazine issue that ANN obtained, “the ‘new anime’ in production that is being announced is not Hybrid Child.” The magazine already announced a Hybrid Child anime project last July. While Ciel Trés Trés says that the new anime is “still secret,” more details will be announced in the next issue of the magazine on March 30.” - ANN
